I’ve had the privilege of working with Dwayne Gayle on two demanding projects, each with timelines that would make most artists hesitate. I recommended Dwayne without a second thought, because I knew I could count on his consistency, his proactive mindset, and his determination to see a project through no matter the obstacles.
Our first experiential project together was Midnight Puppets, a VR game for independent studio Otherworld Interactive. The fast‑moving production was challenging not because of difficult clients, but because of the sheer volume of clean-up and rig-fixes required. We were staring down a half of animation, all tied to complex rigs that needed someone with real technical and artistic command. I reached out to Dwayne, because I knew he had that rare combination of know‑how, calm under pressure, and the ability to make the impossible feel manageable. He delivered beautifully.
The second project, a small indie film with dozens of motion graphics and VFX shots, came with an even tighter timeline. It was the kind of schedule that usually forces compromises, but thanks to Dwayne, we never had to make them.
